A - We will make reservation for domestic flight and accommodation in accordance with an itinerary & services to be provided and will confirm you within 24 hours working days. After we have got confirmation for your booking, we will send you an invoice and a full payment is required for secure booking.
A - We are happy to assist and operate from minimum one-person travel and above.
A - Internet access is available in Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay and Inle Lake areas Kalaw and most hotels.
A - There are latest model of films, batteries, cameras and other electrical gears are available in Yangon and Mandalay.
A - 50% deposit in US Dollars of the total quoted price is required within one month or up to your travel date after we sent our 'confirmation invoice' payable directly to Myanmar Best Gateway Travels & Tours Co. Ltd. in Yangon as mentioned in the 'confirmation invoice'. The remaining 50% payment must pay at the arrival of the customers. But for the day tours which have to pay full payment after you confirmed and we sent our confirmation invoice. Cash on arrival is acceptable only when payment cannot be made fully in advance.
A - 100% payment in US Dollars of the total quoted price is required to pay after you confirmed and we sent our ‘confirmation booking' payable directly to Myanmar Best Gateway Travels & Tours Co. Ltd. in Yangon as mentioned in the 'confirmation booking'. Cash on arrival is acceptable only when payment cannot be made fully in advance.
A - Children under the age of 12 may be shared with adults for accommodation and may get discounted price for airfare.
A - If you wish to cancel your tour package reservation, you may be charged cancellation fees. Please send email to cs@myanmarbestgateway.com or myanmarbestgateway@gmail.com with the detail information. Cancellation takes effect the day we receive the written notification by the customer through email.
Cancellation fees are as follows: Cancellation by the Customers

30 days prior to arrival 35% of Total Tour Cost
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of Total Tour Cost
14 days to 7 days prior to arrival 75% of Total Tour Cost
Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% of Total Tour Cost

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received as requested.

A - If you would like to cancel your flight ticket, you may be charged cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect the day we receive the written notification by the customer through email. Please sent email to cs@myanmarbestgateway.com or myanmarbestgateway@gmail.com with the detail information. To cancel your flight and receive refund, we will work with the airline, and to less cancellation fee on behalf of you. As soon as all the process done, you will receive an email notification and credit card account will refunded the amount. The working day will be at least 3 days and for the refund check at your credit card or your bank.

Each ticket will be charged $20 service fee plus the following percentage.

Between 14 days and 2 days 40%

Tickets with less than 2 days prior to flight cannot be cancelled.
However, if the customer wish to cancel as soon as order, kindly contact to Myanmar Best gateway Travels & Tours not later than 6 pm on Myanmar Standard time on order date, no need to pay for service fees or cancellation fee as Myanmar Best Gateway will void the full payment.

A - Sometimes this may result in your credit card not being approved, although you are the card holder. Please contact us for your assistance for payment via phone or sent email to cs@myanmarbestgateway.com or myanmarbestgateway@gmail.com with the detail information.
A - You will need valid passport, visa and other documents. Your tour guide will welcome and meet you at airport and he has necessary document such as flight tickets, hotel reservations, etc. however, you will receive e ticket for your flight if you are on Asian Wings, Air Bagan, Air KBZ to ensure faster boarding time.
A - Credit Card can be used at some hotels and some shops. You can withdraw maximum $500/day from the ATM Machines. They can accept VISA & MASTERCARDS.
A - You need to reconfirm your tickets with respective airline 2 days before you leave. Our experienced and helpful guides & staff are happy to assist you. Or you can ask your Hotel for reconfirm.
A - Yangon International Airport tax is $10 per person. But it is included in the air ticket charges. For domestic airport, 1000 kyats or USD2 per person. You need to pay at the travel agent where you buy the tickets.
